Service Update: All Programs Resumed
We are excited to announce all of our programs have reopened including CoolineKids, CoolineConnect, CoolineInters & our 3 CoolineVolunteers programs.
Cooline believes that all young people can become dedicated service leaders.
We work to create fun & engaging service-leadership skill-building projects, events, and programs for children ranging from 3-year-olds to 18-year-olds.
CoolineKids Program (Formerly: Littles Program)
Our largest program yet with over 400 students, the Cooline Kids program (formerly known as the Littles Program) inspires children to be leaders through games, art, and play. Students learn valuable leadership skills through various monthly leadership qualities from valuing diversity to emotional intelligence to problem-solving.
CoolineConnect Program (Formerly: Teens Program)
Once our Cooline Kids students outgrow the program, they are left with nothing throughout middle and high school. Cooline Connect focuses on connecting our Cooline Kids program graduates to other community organizations that students can participate in through middle and high school.
High School: Shaping the Leaders of Tomorrow
In December 2019, our leadership team worked with staff at the East Palo Alto Academy HS to create a unique Internship program for students. Now, we have successfully run over 3 programs and are looking to expand. Learn more by visiting our internship website below!

High School: Building a Better Future
Through our unique partnership with PilotCity, middle, high, and college students work on a project to develop new digital programs for our Cooline Kids program.
Cooline Leadership Development Program
High School: Making a Difference One Young Person at a Time
As CTEPA grows, we increasingly see that we need programs in the community to train our young people to become active leaders. In this new program that launched in March 2021, high school students learn about 4 vital leadership areas and get counseling from community leaders and local activists. In return, they work as part-time staff for our Cooline Kids team to help plan and lead our programming for children.
