Private Events

Interested in having our team run childcare or a kids station at your next event?

Our Structure

CTEPA prides itself on being a small, grassroots community organization. Being a small group, we must consistently evaluate our organizational structure. This year, we have moved to a Project Based Organizational Structure. Building our teams around each project.

Program Operations

Planning & executing projects and events for our Cooline Kids program.

Support Staff

Supporting us through outreach, fundraising, family relations and volunteers.

Leadership

Legal. Complaints. Wellness. Safety. Connections.

Health + Wellness

Providing our members and guests with healthy and supportive environments.

Health and wellness takes on a new meaning here. Not only do we focus on physical health and wellness, we dive into children's socio-emotional & mental health and well-being. Our team works tirelessly to provide programs that will provide members a holistically healthy experience. We are always looking to build new partnerships with child health organizations to create our programs.

We have capabilities to provide 1 on 1 support for our members and will continue to work on growing mentorship-like services.

All guests, members and volunteers can receive basic emergency medical care at all meetings, events & gatherings. Kids get hurt, that is a given, we try to prevent it but it happends. So, the organization staffs one emergency medical bag that has and can provide life saving equipment from breathing equipment to bleeding control. We do not provide any long term care nor does the organization provide any emergency medical transportation. Currently, the organization has a teen medic who is trained by Stanford Medicine.

Safety + Security

Keeping our members and guests safe from external harm & threats.

We have a wide range of policies and procedures. We take your child's safety seriously but, unfortunately, we can not go into our active shooter or criminal on site response plans online to ensure their effectiveness. To request specific procedures, email the Leadership team at Lead@ctepayouth.org .
